Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox went to her studies at the Royal Academy of Music, London during the 1970s. She was a harpsichord student and the flautist piano for three years. The budget of her was augmented with a student stipend and part-time jobs. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents aren't the same as her Royal Academy classmates. So she began thinking about other routes she could choose. Lennox began her career in the year 1976 when she joined a band called Dragons Playground. But she quit before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. The singer was lead vocalist in The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977-1980. The band she was in, was introduced to Dave Stewart. Together they will create their own group, the Eurythmics Pop duo. Lennox was then able to begin work on her debut solo album Diva that was out around 1992. In both commercial terms and critically, it was an enormous success. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo album came out in November of 2014. The C.D. includes a collection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz tunes from her upbringing. Lepidoptera is a collection of four tracks that she improvised for piano, which Lennox has released in May 2019. The E.P. First album of hers, Now I Letting You Go... is the perfect accompaniment to her work of artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox is a Scottish musician and singer who was born on the 25th of December 1954. At the end of the 70s, Lennox gained some not-so-great fame while part in The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international notoriety in the 80s under the name Eurythmics. Lennox began her own solo career when she released her debut album Diva in 1992. It was the basis of many hit songs like Why andWalking in Broken Glass. Medusa is her studio album from 1995. The album features covers of some songs, including"No MoreI love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. She is credited with the release of six studio albums on her own and a compilation. |
