Allison Williams

Allison Howell Williams (born April 13th, 1988) was an American producer and actress. Because of her role in horror films, she has been deemed to be a horror queen in media. It was her first big break when she began playing Marnie Michaels on the HBO comedy-drama show Girls (2012-2017) that was an Critics' Choice Award nomination. She made her breakthrough with her character, Rose Armitage, in the thriller Get Out (2017). The film earned her nominations for the MTV Movie Awards, and Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her subsequent roles included films based on horror, including The Perfection (2018 and M3GAN 2022) and M3GAN 2022, both of which she wrote. Williams was born and raised in New Canaan (Connecticut), her parents were former NBC Nightly News host and editor Brian Williams, and television producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. Williams has a brother who is older. Williams was a student at New Canaan Country School, and Greenwich Academy. Williams attended Yale University, majoring in English. Also, she was part of the St. Elmo and Morse College secret societies. In New Canaan, Williams worked in the Ralph Lauren outlet store. Williams was a member for four years of Just Add Water, an improv troupe. Williams also appeared in College Musical on YouTube. The series starred Sam Tsui and was directed by Kurt Hugo Schneider, both who also went to Yale. She graduated with a degree in English in the year 2010. Allison Allison Allison
